Parents

Support is just a few days away!

Flight36 will not, in any way, replace missing fathers, but we will engage in the activities that fathers and sons have enjoyed through the ages. We will build model rockets, attend baseball games, play sports and go biking together, just to name a few of those activities.

The boys will also learn to give back to God in love and gratitude through regular service projects and raising support for ministries within their home church. We will serve alongside other ministries to bless single moms, orphans and the elderly in our community.

Flight36 would not be complete without the discipleship aspect of the program. During the time enrolled in our program, the boys will go through a Biblical training program. We will focus on foundational topics such as God’s love, being good stewards, forgiveness and understanding our purpose in life.

If you are a single mom or know someone whose young son would benefit from our program, please complete the online application.

Our prayer is that the young boys we minister to will learn to love and trust their true Father who will “never leave them nor forsake them” through developing caring and encouraging relationships with men who honor and revere their Father, God.

Flight36 wants to make it simple to enroll your son in our program.  We have developed a five-step process that will guide you through the steps of enrollment for you and your son.

Step 1: Review the Flight36 website.

Step 2: Complete the online application for the boy you want to enroll into the program.

Step 3: Interview with your local chapter leaders of Flight36 to review policies and proceedures.

Step 4: Complete final enrollment forms and submit to chapter leaders.

Step 5: Attend a parent orientation, meet the Flight staff and view the upcoming event schedule.

Mom, you have one of the toughest jobs in the world. Let Flight36 help.

We want to give you our 36 character-building principles for boys,
a powerful tool for you to influence your son’s life.

There is no charge for this program. Yes… It’s FREE!

Why would we do this?

Our founder never knew his father who was killed in the Vietnam War just a few months before he was born. The Flight36 Boys Ministry grew from his personal understanding that without a firm foundation, a boy may struggle and suffer later in life.

In a half-hour a week, you can teach your son the lessons that God wants every man to learn.

Through discussion questions and Scripture, you will explore topics such as:

• Responsibility
• Anger
• Confidence
• Integrity
• Trust

As you and your son go through the 36 character-building principles, you’ll:

• Gain your son’s respect.
• Understand your son’s struggles.
• Form a powerful bond with your son.
• Show your commitment to his success.
• Equip your son to form healthy relationships and make wise decisions.

We didn’t invent these principles. We simply turned to the Bible and outlined the 36 core values we think will help your son grow into the man God made him to be.

A Mother’s Story!

I would like to introduce you to my son, Keith. He has come a considerable way since joining Flight36.

When Keith was 9 yrs. old he was not doing well in school.  He was somewhat withdrawn and was not good with socializing or making new friends.  Also because Keith’s father was not a major part of his life, Keith had problems believing that men were sincerely interested in his life.

Since being involved with Flight36, Keith is showing improvement in many areas of his life.  Keith is now doing much better in school including his grades.  He has become more outgoing and isn’t timid about making new friends.  Keith is even beginning to face some of his fears. He has also accepted Christ as his Lord and is learning how to be a disciple at Flight36.

In the past year, Keith has encountered many challenges. Making the jump to middle school, being bullied and low self-esteem issues that seemed to be larger than life at one point.

However, with the help of Jeff, Todd and the other Flight36 mentors, Keith has begun to overcome these challenges.  I am grateful to Flight36 for helping me get my son back on track.

Today I have hope that Keith will grow up to become a well adjusted, successful young man.  You could say both of us have received a new lease on life, thanks to Flight36.
